Man held for rape of a 6-year-old girl from Jogeshwari



29th April 2021, when the world is suffering and India is dying in the second covid wave, an incident that took place on Thursday in Mumbai (Jogeshwari) will shatter you. 

A 6-year old girl returned home crying complaining to her mother that her legs were hurting, and when her mother checked, she was shocked, scared, and in pain. She found that her 6-year daughter bleeding from her private part. Can you even imagine, at that moment what her mother has been through, pain, horror, and she screamed which made an alarm, and soon a bunch of neighbors gathered,

The victim stays with her mother and father, her father runs a PAAN shop at Versova, Four Bungalows, and the house they stay in owned by the accused's family lived on the ground floor and the victim's family lived on the mezzanine floor. 

 


The accused is a Pharmacy student and has a disability in his right hand. The child had been sexually assaulted by the accused at this resident. The police said on Thursday, the accused found the girl alone and sexually assaulted her. She later informed her mother, following which the man fled. The victim is admitted to Cooper hospital, her condition was critical but now she is recovering. 


So, we personally visited the spot, we had a word with the victim's father, but he was not in a state to interview, all he wants justice to be served. 

We also spoke to Shiv Sena's Corporator RAJUL PATEL, Social worker FAHIM KHAN, National Secretary of Indian Youth Congress AKHILESH YADA about the incident, they were helping the victim's family in the further procedure, 

Shiv Sena's Corporator Rajul Patel is also an elected chairperson of the BMC Health Committee, the incident is very shocking, and I'm with the victim family, we have also visited the hospital and will be in touch with the victim family, she said (watch out her interview)
